2012 - Black Belt Class

Advanced training for black belts, and those who will be testing for shodan within the year, occurs on the second Saturday of every month. This two hour class is open to yudansha of any school or affiliation. We often practice ukemi, timing and the basics. Part of the class usually includes weapons.
